[New Product] Premixed sauces
Ajinomoto Co.’s new line of “Cook Do” Chinese premixed sauces is available.
Each “Cook Do” sauce blends the herbs and spices for a particular Chinese dishes. Restaurant-style entrees can be prepared in a matter of minutes by just stir-frying the meat, fish or vegetables with the Cook Do sauce.
“Kurozu Subuta, (sweet and sour pork with black vinegar)” uses Chinkiang vinegar, the best black rice vinegar made in southern China. The rich and balanced sweetness and acidity of the sweet vinegar sauce goes well with pork and vegetables.
“Ten Jan Rou Su (Beijing style shredded pork and vegetables)” uses sweet bean sauce, sweet bean paste and soy sauce to add a rich and balanced flavor to pork and fresh vegetables.
The suggested retail price will be left to the discretion of retailers.
