[New Product] Camellia hair care
Oshima Tsubaki Co., has developed a Japanese camellia conditioning oil and shampoo.
“To-hi no Tame no Oil (scalp oil)” and “To-hi no Tame no Shampoo (scalp shampoo)”, which will be available Feb. 12, are designed to clear dandruff and soothe itchiness.
Camellia oil, extracted from the camellia plant, has long been used in Japan for its moisturizing properties. “To-hi no Tame no Oil”, made of 100 percent camellia oil, will lift the dandruff and dirt, and “To-hi no Tame no Shampoo” will wash them away.
The oil will protect the scalp from irritation and moisturizes the skin, and the shampoo’s ingredients will help to keep the sebum secretion normal. The oil and shampoo used together works to combat dry and oily dandruf.
The suggested retail price of the oil is 1,575 yen, and the shampoo is 1,386 yen, both including tax.
