[New Product] Macrobiotic trial set

A Macrobiotic trial set is available through Macrobiotic Marche’s online store.

Based on traditional Japanese food, Macrobiotic is a low-fat, high-fiber and predominantly-vegetarian diet, which involves eating locally-grown whole-grain foods and avoiding highly processed or refined products.

The trial set is for those who want to tryout the diet by replacing their daily seasonings with Macrobiotic seasonings. The set includes mixed millet, two frozen vegetable meals and seasonings such as miso, salt, soup stock kelp and shiitake mushrooms, and “wakame” seaweed flakes. Macrobiotic recipes are also included.

The Healthy Breakfast will allow you to replace your usual breakfast with Macrobiotic products. The set includes organic oatmeal cereal, brown rice cereal, rice and soy drink, and organic coffee.

The suggested retail price for the trial set is 2,680 yen and 2,200 yen for the Healthy Breakfast set, both including tax and shipping fee.
