[New Service] Zen Salon
Seneca Primes Corp. has opened a relaxation salon with Zen sitting meditation facility in Tokyo.
The SuUhaa TOKYO in Hibiya, offers programs to strengthen mental toughness, and relieve mind and body tension to help you cope with the stress of daily life.
The salon is equipped with a 40 tatami-mat room where members can experience Zen sitting meditation under the supervision of a Zen Buddhist monk. Zen meditation is said to help raise concentration levels and calm the mind.
The 90-minute course will teach you correct body postures, how to cross your legs and how to breathe. The course will go through two 30-mintue sets of Zen meditation.
Sixty-minute soft-stretching balance therapy, reflexology and soft acupuncture treatment courses are also available.
The initiation fee for the salon is 52,500 yen and 90 minutes Zen sitting meditation course is 4,200 yen per class or 126,000 yen for a 12-month passport, all including tax.
