[New Product] Horse-riding fitness
Matsushita Electric Industrial Co’s new horse riding fitness machine is in stores.
The Joba (“horseback riding”) fitness machine, which debuted in 2000, simulates the motion of riding a horse and tightens up muscles around the waist.
The new Joba is equipped with multi-axis motion, which allows the seat to move on five different axis with a single motor.
The new figure-eight movement slides the balance point of the rider widely and smoothly, and effectively induces reflex motions. The new action creates 1.4 times more waist-muscle activity compared with the previous model.
The device has eight different settings based on desired exercise level from a beginner’s course to the high-impact course. There are courses that focus on certain parts of the body, such as waist and hips. Total amount of calories burned are display on the monitor.
A Joba-aerobics DVD with original Joba exercise programs is included with the machine.
The price will be left to the discretion of retailers.
